Make Scheduling EasyKeeping your team members on track and making scheduling changes can take a lot of time and effort. From time to time, a team member may not get a message that something has changed and you have someone showing up for a session that was canceled or not showing up for a session that was changed.Whether you have a team of one or twenty, whether you're running your program one day a week or seven, our relate to autism Schedule Wizard makes it easy to schedule a full week's program in minutes with just a few mouse clicks. Once you've created and published your weekly program schedule, each of you team members sees their scheduled sessions on their personal home page and in their personal calendars. If a team member needs to make a schedule change or swap, they can easily see who else is available and make the change himself or herself. Your schedule can be automatically synchronized with your current schedule (e.g. in Outlook, iCal, etc.) so everything stays coordinated.
